Is the work unlimited?
No. Essential Presence includes up to 16 hours of flexible support each month. Work outside the allowance is scoped separately before it starts.
What is not included?
Larger development projects, complete redesigns, advanced SEO campaigns, paid media management, professional filming or photography, advertising spend and third-party costs are scoped separately.
Which platforms do you support?

What is the difference between a one-time project and ongoing support?
A one-time project has a defined scope and end, such as a new website, a redesign or a store build. Ongoing support is a monthly plan with flexible hours for the recurring work that follows: updates, fixes, content changes and social presence. Many clients start with a project and move onto ongoing support.
